Overview

Skycrest Christian Preschool ("Skycrest," "we," "us") operates this website to share information about our preschool with prospective and current families. This policy covers only what happens on this website — www.skycrestpreschool.org — not information handled through Brightwheel or any other app your child's classroom may use once enrolled, which have their own separate privacy practices.

Information We Collect

The only information we collect directly is what you choose to submit through our "Schedule a Tour" form: your name, email, phone number, your child's age or program of interest, and any message you include. This information is emailed directly to our office to follow up on your request — it is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and it is not stored in a public database on this website.

We also keep a simple log of how families tell us they heard about us (e.g. "Google Search," "Word of mouth") from that same form, so we can see which outreach efforts are working. This log contains only that answer and a timestamp — no name, email, phone number, or other identifying information.

Ask Skycrest

If you type a question into our Ask Skycrest help tool, we may save that question and basic usage details so we can review common questions and improve the tool over time. Suggested question buttons are not stored. Please don't include your child's name, medical details, or other sensitive information when typing a question. For anything private or specific to your child, please call our office directly.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how people found us, and general location and device information — so we can keep the site useful and easy to navigate. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. You can learn more about Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy or opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

When you submit our "Schedule a Tour" form after clicking a Google ad, we share a securely hashed (scrambled, not readable) version of your email and phone number with Google Ads. This is Google's "Enhanced Conversions" feature — it helps us measure whether our ads are actually leading to tour requests, and Google cannot reverse the hash to recover your original email or phone number from it.

Our tour request form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention service that may use cookies or similar technology to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated bot. Learn more at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect some site features, but the site will otherwise continue to work normally.

Children's Privacy

This website is directed at parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. Information submitted through our tour request form is provided by a parent or guardian on their own behalf.

Third-Party Links

This site links to a small number of outside resources — including Skycrest Christian School, downloadable PDF forms, and a Google Maps embed on our Contact page. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those outside sites, so we encourage you to review their policies directly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, including layered spam and abuse protection on our tour request form. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
